(yup! He's gonna have blonde hair in a ponytail, purple monk clothes, a wooden staff and whatever else a monk needs.)
Renji stayed there near the river and listened calmly to his surroundings. It was calm around him, he breathed slowly.
Someone watched from across the river, hiding himself. -
Sayuri managed to find Renji, but paused, unsure what to say. So she hid, thinking.

He sniffed the air lightly, catching Sayuri's scent in the wind. He sighed lightly. "I know you're there Sayuri, you can come out now." His sword was sitting on his lap.
(uh...what was the name we came up for the monk?)
The person watching Renji perked up when he heard someone else's name. -
(Sen)
"Hmph.." Sayuri grumbled, walking out from her hiding place. "That's an annoying ability, you know." -
(there we go~)
He chuckled lightly. "It's not my fault. Just one of my senses, I think some priestess abilities are annoying." He looked up at her and smiled a bit.
Sen watched them both suspiciously. -
"Oh? Like what." She said, relief flooding over her with his smile.

He thought for a moment. "Well how you can repel demons if you feel like it and can control them with one word." He blinked lightly and patted a spot near him. "Sit, please?"

She sat down, and frowned. "I can't do any of that. My powers aren't defensive like that. Mine are mostly from the goddess, and they're offensive."

He tilted his head. "Really? That's interesting and good for me." He grinned.

"How's it good news?" She huffed.

He grinned more. "You can't take control of me or repel me, if you did, you'd tell me to go away and leave you alone." He poked her side.

"I wouldn't do that. I mean, I am the one who came after you."

He chuckled lightly. "That's true you did." He smirked and moved his sword off his lap, then he placed Sayuri onto his lap. He cuddled her. "I'm happy you came after me."

Sayuri blushed, huffing and quickly scowling. "Well I didn't want to be alone in the forest with that wolf demon."

He laughed lightly in her ear. "I don't think the mutt would have done anything." He nuzzled her hair.
