She walked ahead of him, pulling open the door and walking inside.
She glanced around the shelves, deciding where to look first. -
Kazuki was relieved when no one said anything about the snake wrapped around his arm. He followed Loralei quietly, feeling a bit intimidated by the shelves upon shelves of books. Their library was bigger than this, but he was almost certain there would be something here they didn't have.

Skipping the fiction she headed for the books that had to do with the myths and history of the kingdom.
She scanned the shelves, looking at the titles like she was looking for something.. -
Kazuki looked around awkwardly. He'd read all of these already. Maybe he could entertain himself with the sn
"Oh my god the snake's gone." -
Loralei spun around, eyes wide "What?!"

Kazuki blinked back at her.
"The snake's gone. Guess I won't have to worry about how to get rid of it now." he said with a grin. -
"Yeah but if someone finds it in here we could get in real trouble." She said. The shopkeeper had seen them with the snake. They'd be blamed immediately.
She began to look around, searching for it. -
"I don't see how. I'm the f---ing prince of the kingdom." he said, sticking his tongue out in the general direction of the shopkeeper. Nonetheless, he too started to search for the snake.

She ignored that, and continued searching.
(Should they get in trouble or no?) -
Let's say no, just because I can't think how that would develop the story at all. ewe
"I think it's safe to say the snake's not in here anymore." he said, sitting down on the floor and taking one last glance around. "Just forget about it." -
"Alright..."She said, then added quickly "Maybe we should leave, just in case..?"

Kazuki looked around, then back up at her, and flashed a toothy grin.
"Yeah, we probably should." he laughed, standing up and taking her by the hand. "Ruuuuuuuuun!" he screamed like a five-year old playing tag. -
Loralei became a bit worried when he screamed, but luckily the only people in the shop didn't give them a second look.

Kazuki pulled her along and made a run for it. Once they were outside, he paused, looking around.
"That wasn't very fun. What should we do instead?"
