oh, hm.... would it be okay if the desert biom was located kinda north-east of the world? i kinda like the fact that we sand dragons have certain abilitys on home turf.
also, a breif history of the sand dragons...
long ago, a young she-dragon was born of fire who went by the name of sun. she was trained in the ways of fire, and soon met a dragon born in the earth. this dragon was called quake, and he specialized in the art of ground. together, they made love in a desert dune and left the egg that was produced in a scorpions den, which was located inside the sand dunes. when that dragon egg hatched, the first sand dragon was born. she called herself oasis, and grew up with another sand dragon who was reproduced later on. no one knows what the male sand dragons name was, but together they reproduced the conony of the sand dragons.
many years after, oasis decided that she should lead the sand dragon species, but the male was having other opinions on thw subject. later that night, he planned to assassinate oasis in her sleep and act as if he didnt know what happened, but he had misjudged oasis's intellegence. when he lunged over her to snap his next, oasis stabbed her barbed tail through his neck, killing him. word of the death got around quickly, and osis was announced queen days after.
many years after that, a tribe of fire dragons had claimed the sand dragon territory theirs, but queen oasis disgreed. after many arguments and small disputes, a war between the sand dragons and the fire tribe erupted. in the end, many lives were lost, including queen oasis herself, and the war was over with the sand dragons as the victors. although the fire tribe had a elemental advantage, the sand coliny one with poison and strength in numbers.
days later, queen oasis's daughter was announced queen. her name was drought, but she is now known as queen drought, and she still lives to this day.
weeks after THAT, queen drought announced they would settle into the abandoned sand tunnles to avoid further wars, and that was the last anyone ever heard o the sand dragons.

currently, a black dragon who was also a human was fighting a guard. recently, we have been finding many of these odd dragons snooping around in our territory. the guards take them prisoner though, and have little exicution matches with them. queen drought says that they are spies for a dark wizard, but some of the other sand dragons think she is loosing her scales.

the gaurd just killed the spy with the acid attack, shooting of its head. the crowd went ballistic for the kill. "i wish i could do that at my age..." i said, taking a seat.
