He was soon fast asleep, dreaming a dreamless sleep.

When she finally fell asleep, it was anything but peaceful.

Gregory woke up when the sun hit his face. He groaned lightly. "Five more minutes..."

Jessa was already awake by that time. She stood in the kitchen, packing food for the trip. It would be an overnight journey, and they'd probably get there by noon the next day.

He got up and stretched. He soon started to walk towards the door. "hm..." A swirl passed by him and pointed down to the kitchen. He nodded. "Thanks." He walked quickly to the kitchen and opened the door. "Hey." He smiled. "Packing?"

"Yep. Sleep well?" she asked, smiling at him.

He smiled more. "Yeah I slept pretty well."

"Good. You'll need it. It's an overnight trip, and if we stop for the night, we should get there by noon tomorrow." She finished packing the food. "I'm gonna go check on Iscariot."

He nodded. "Can you check on mine also? She answers to the name Nanny. Oh...and she liked to chew on peoples hair." He started to walk out. "and she also has a very bad temper."

She nodded. "Sure."

He smiled. "Good luck." he went back to his room and started to pack a few things.

She headed down to the stables and checked on Iscariot first. He perked up when she walked in, and was eager to see her.

He finally got all he needed and he started to walk down to the stables. A few swirls nodded at him as he left. He smiled as he kept walking.

Jessa had already brought her bags down before packing the food. She noticed that the wisps had been feeding the horses, and grinned. "You weren't afraid of them, were you?" She got up on the tips of her toes and kissed the horse's forehead. "I'm going to go take care of Nanny now, but I'll be back in a minute sweetie. We're going on a little trip."
The horse whinnied excitedly as she went to take care of Nanny. -
Nanny was a big horse, not as big as a Clydesdale, just a bit under. She was a light brown and had a white stripe down to her nose. She snorted loudly and her tan tail swished.
