he shook his head and chuckled. "No, one of the Magics happened to forgot about the stove and burned the food we were suppose to have."

"Oh. Well. Um..." She carried the pile of weeds over to the compost then walked back over to him.

he gblinked and looked at her. "Something wrong?"

"I... kind of wanted to apologize for how I've been acting. I mean, I'm not going to stop, but I want you to know I feel kind of bad about it." She crossed her arms. "Kind of. Maybe."

He smiled a bit. "You really didn't need to apologize."

She looked back at the castle. "Maybe we can make something that doesn't involve your magic?"

He blinked. "Uh...sure." He wasn't gonna lie, he hadn't made anything with out magic for a long time. It wasn't his fault, magic made everything easier to him.

"Wait, do you even know how to cook?" She asked.

He blushed lightly. "Yes! It's just...been a while since I have."

"You're probably better than I am, then." She started toward the castle. "You coming?"

He followed after her quickly. "Yeah I'm coming."

She wasn't sure where the kitchen was exactly, but she was going to figure it out. She followed the scent of smoke, for the most part.

He chuckled lightly. "I could take you to the kitchen you know." Some swirls started darting up and down the hall quickly.

Jessamine stopped, sighed, and turned around. "Fine."
