Fay was silent as they neared the house. Looking around for any humans or other dangers, she alighted on the ground.
Flight felt her scalp prickle as she watched him. "You can talk about it. I won't tell anyone." She said quietly, moving closer yet again. -
Vivian followed her sister and landed on the balcony. Slowly folding her wings until they were fully hidden she then walked inside and was greeted by five yapping puppies. "Did they get fatter while we were gone?" She chuckled picking up her favorite, a brown and white female.
Jaxon shrugged, "I hate letting people into my life because they always leave.." He sighed and ran both rands through his thick brown hair before closing his eyes as he thought for a moment. Should he really trust her? -
Fay chuckled, scooping up a black male. "Probably Dad's fault." She looked up as Silver walked in. "What did Jaxon say?"
Flight nodded. "You don't have to," She assured him. She knew how he felt, "But it will help to get it off your chest." -
"He wants to meet her but he's angry, confused, and scared." She shrugged and plopped down in the couch scratching the puppies belly. It rolled on it back happily with its tounge flipping out.
Jaxon let out a long sigh. "They found my mother after fourteen years without her in my life." He rubbed the back of his neck absentmindedly. -
"Pretty much what I figured." Silver said with a small sigh, rubbing the spot between her eyes. Seeing Lara had brought back memories--both good and bad--and she couldn't get the werewolf's large, pain-filled eyes out of her mind.
Flight felt her mind go blank at the word 'mother'. Heck, she had no idea how to deal with any of that. "You gonna go see her?" She said, and she was surprised that her voice sounded thick and sad. Not bitter, but sad. For herself or for Jaxon, she didn't know. -
"Can you talk to her mom? Ask her.. Why she left him? Who the dad is?" Vivian sighed "We need answers to help him." The puppy had fallen asleep,
Jaxon nodded slowly. "Yeah I am. I don't know why but I am." He stood up and walked over to his wall that had the map of the city on it. Red or blue dots covers the map in different places. -
"Talk to me about what?" Lara's voice came from the doorway. Her eyes were narrowed as she slowly took them all in, although she was obviously still in pain. Despite her injuries, she still gave out the slightly disconcerting vibe she could kick ass.
"You are because you're curious. You want to know why you haven't seen her in fourteen years. You want to know what happened. You want to see how different she is. And, maybe, you want to tell her how much she hurt you and that you never needed her anyways. Tell her you're independent. Maybe prove something." Flight's voice hardened in anger before she calmed herself, trailing off and watching him examine the map. -
Vivian shrugged, she was a blunt person. "Why you left your child and who the dad is." She said innocently and pulled another puppy into her lap for protection of the wolf woman. (What if it was that one guy?)
Jaxon laughed coldly. "Can you explain to me how a girl who's only been here for a few days already knows what I'm thinking, has me opening up to her, and while my pack who've I've been with for forever can't even get me to talk?" He looked at her as if she had the answers. -
(Damien?)
Lara pulled her lips back into a snarl, but her eyes flashed with pain. "Shut. Up." She growled.
Flight shrugged. "Maybe it's because we're alike in a lot of ways." She said, meeting his eyes. -
Yea! Jaxon would be in indestructible wolf xD)
Vivian narrowed her eyes. "What happened Lara? Why? Do you know how much pain he's in? I know your son." She had a tendency to be like her dad at times and just barge forward.
Jaxon shrugged and sighed softly playing with a pin he had absenmindidly pulled from the wall. "Well everyone seems to like you here." He said veerying away from the topic of his mother or anything of the such. -
(How does he have scars then? xD)
Lara's fists clenched, eyes blazing. Fay stared. Silver didn't do anything, just watched the two quietly. "Stop." She said, as if she could make Vivian do just that. "None of this concerns you." Her voice was tight, sharp.
Flight blinked at the sudden change of subject. "Yeah, I guess." She answered. -
*Lara said, as if she could make Vivian do just that.
-
True never mind then xD)
Vivian huffed and glared at her but fell silent. She didn't want to tell her that the werewolf boy would be coming over tomorrow. Instead a slight gleam in satisfaction crossed her face.
Jaxon sighed and watched her suddenly feeling extremely lonely and sad but he didn't move from his standing positon. He let the silence fall over them like a soft blanket. -
(Iwasthinkingshegotraped)
Lara glared at Vivian. Without taking her eyes off, she spoke slowly. "Silver, are these your...children?" Silver smiled softly. "I'm afraid so." She said, her voice teasing.
Flight looked at the floor in between her feet, unwilling to break the sudden silence. She shifted a bit, looking at Jaxon and then back down. -
Vivian stuck her tounge out like she was a child again and stood up and walked into the kitchen to grab something to eat. Her dad was already in there with a cereal box in hands.
Jaxon sat down and offers her a spot next to him. "I told you a part of me.. What about you?" He asked looking at her.
