Scarlet looked up, "Yes Shawn?" She asked with a small encouraging smile before going back to inspecting the ceiling.

El glanced at Scarlet but smiled back down at Alteria as he pulled her shirt back down over the wound. "Heh~ First time pretty much~"

"How long are we going to be down here?" He asked quite bluntly. He wasn't too happy about the fall, and he was worried about staying here for too long. "Do you know about a way out? And what are we supposed to eat?" Shawn's questions summed up what was going on in his head. He bit his lip, waiting for her to reply.
Alteria's face drained a bit. "I'm glad you hadn't had to sow up anything. Or you could have killed me! I don't care if there's a first time for everything, qhen it comes to living and breathing, I'm never letting you near me with a needle," She mewed. She teasingly shoved him, standing up. -
Scarlet sighed as he spoke her very concerns. "Honestly? I don't know." She said truthfully. " she looked down at her arm and was curiouse if her map still worked. "But, " she looks sat him and flashed a small smile in the gloom. "I can promise that we will figure it all out." She placed her hand on the rock wall, and started thinking.

El laughed and half shoved her back. Wiping her hair back, he pulled her into a hug and grinned as he spoke. "Good idea. But...Im just glad you're okay~"

Shawn listened to her very carefully. It sounded like everyone was dealing with the same problem, same questions needing to be answered. He nibbled a finger, his tail going beneath his legs. Something about the place creepe him out. Shawn turned and started walking off to a random spot.
Alteria let out a loud, girly giggle. She purred at his touch. She finally had something to live for that was a living, breathing thing. The air around her was warm because of El. "I'm glad I'm okay too." Her ears lightly brushed against his face. -
Scarlet started walking the cave was more dragging her hand against the wall. When she found dirt she let a yelp of delight and started pressing things on her wrist controls.

Slowly, El nuzzled Alteria enough to move her head back and, when her face came into view, he kissed her. He poured everything he had into it, closing his eyes and holding her closer than anyone he had before.

Shawn jumped five feet into the air at Scarlet's yelp. He whirled around, staring at her. "What was that for? Did you get hurt by something?" He ran over, staring down at her wrist.
Alteria's eyes widened as his lips touched hers. She was unprepared, and so let out a small gurgle and a meow. Soon, her eyes closed, and she kissed him back. Her arms went around his neck. -
"No." She smiled faintly. "I may have found a way out. If this stays dirt all the way, we can climb up and out to the surface. It isn't as far as I thought." She let her hand scoop out a hand full of dirt. "It's soft too so it shouldn't be hard."

He held her tighter, nearly lifting her off her feet as he did so. He was surprised by hr sounds at first but paid little mind to them.

Shawn's ears flicked as his kind processed this. "Here, let me help." He wtly pushed her out of the way, using his nailed to dig into the dirt. For digging for two minutes, he made a pretty good dent in the dirt. Shawn finally collapsed, panting.
Alteria pressed her body against his. She pulled away, staring up at him. In a small voice, she whispered, "Why?" -
Scarlet was clearly blocking them out. Maybe she didn't care or maybe she didn't want to show it. "My turn." She mused and took his place in working. She had to stand on her tip toes and was about to her waist before pulling out hiding and sneezing.

He breathed slightly heavier as he looked into her eyes. "I...I..." Gulping, he let her go and started off to Shawn and Scarlet.
