Shawn was hanging upside down from the ceiling. His shirt was caught on a rock. "Um, you guys?" He hollered. He was starting to cry. "I'm stuck!" He flailed his arms, tail slapping against the rocks next to him. One of the sharper ones broke off.. And shoved its way into Alteria's tail.
A very startled Alteria woke up. Her face and hair was wet. It took her a few moments to register the blood coming from her tail. She let out a loud scream. "OW OW OW OW, SHAWN," she hissed, yanking the rock out. She continued to bleed. -
She watched them with a frown. "Like kids." She sighed and reached up in tippy toes and yanked Shawn down. Grabbing the med kit she started on any major cuts on Shawn. "Alteria your next." She called to the other cat.

El walked out of the crevice and let out a sigh, seeing the craziness around him. "Great...just what we need." Walking over to Alteria, he glanced at Scarlet and sat down beside the cat-girl. "You okay?"

Scarlet, now done sat back and rubbed her temples with her fingers. "This is all a mess." She grumbled and stood up and looked up from where they came. Maybe they could get out..

Alteria clamped her hand around the blood-gurgling wound. She quickly shook her head. "The pain is throbbing, El," she murmured. The blood slowly trickled out between her fingers. She kept her eyes on Scarlet. "I hate Shawn for being an idiot."
Shawn's cat ears flicked. He watched her, chewing on his bottom lip. "Sorry." -
He couldnt help but to laugh at Shawn as he fell from the ceiling. "Yeah, well...he's the comedic relief." El leaned over and kissed Alteria's cheek gently as he pressed his hand over her wound. "Hold it there to stop the bleeding. I have bandages."

Scarlet gentle patted Shawn's cheek. "Don't worry about it." She sighed and sat down next to him to clean up her own stinging wounds.

Alteria's face turned a dark rosey color. She fell silent, pulling her knees up to her chest. Her hand fell around the spot he had his hand. "Okay.. I'll leave it here, then." She smiled for the first time, at least, the first time after they had narrowly escaped the attackers.

Once done she stood up and walked towards the two. "Here, apply this yellow water to the wound then wrap it with this." She pointed out the things for Alteria to use. "If you need help I think you got it covered." She said softly and walked away.

El nodded and pulled the bandages from his pocket. "Good. God knows what I'd do if you died..." He sighed and pulled her shirt up from her injury and wrapped her up.

Shawn now had nothing to worry about. He turned his gaze to the rocks and the cave itself. After a moment, he stood, darting to catch up to Scarlet. "Uh, hey, Scarlet?" He asked nervously. He told himself he wouldn't talk to anyone, but now he had mustered up enough courage to do it.
Alteria loved the warmth coming from his hands. She watched him, her tail flicking. She sighed a bit. "Have you had to do this often, or is helping me almost a first time thing?"
