He glanced down at her. "If you run you'll have a knife through your back." He held up a knife. "Want to see if I'll miss?" His eyes showed mischief and something else, amusement?

Peak yanked her arm from his. She had once second. She reached out, touched a droplet, and was pulled into the other dimension.
The area was practically underwater. All of it. But the water was breatheable. Peak sighed and sat on a rock. -
He frowned, he really didn't like going in the other...dimension alot. He hated water. He almost drowned once. He sighed. "Maybe I could go after her..." He started to reach his hand out and let a droplet hit him again. He had some control over if he could go into the dimension or not. He finally got sucked it and coughed,almost forgetting that the water was breathable.

Peak stiffened as she heard him cough. She whirled around, staring at him. "Nooooo. Nonono. You a--hole, you shouldn't be able to get in!" She stood up, drowning deeply and diving behind some seaweed.

He blinked and went after her. How could she not comprehend there were other people like her. He sighed.

Peak threw a rock at him. Annoyance was written all over her face . "I hate you," she hissed. "You're just like me and you want me to die."

He dodged the rock and glared. "Kid I didn't even know what they were doing to you so shut up, and who said I wanted you to die?" He swam at full speed and rammed into her.

Peak yelped in shock as he rammed into her. She fell into a hole that made her go back to a different part in the material world. Right into some scientists' waiting hands. They pulled her out of the little body of water, strapping her down to an ambulance cot and pushing her out of the room.

He blinked and watched them roll her away. He glared at one of the lead scientist that was still in the room with him. "What are you going to do to her?" Of course he didn't doubt what she told him, he was still curious though.

The scientist glanced over at him. He smiled, and said, "We'll let her sleep until we're ready to take her powers away. It'll probably kill her, but it'll be done for the good of mankind."

His eyes opened up in shock a bit, but it quickly went away. "hmph." He thought it over in his head and started to walk away from the scientist. If they messed with his powers, he'd go crazy. Anyways he was now going to plot.

Peak awoke to scientists clapping and bending over her. She groaned as a wave of pain rolled over her. Several of them were shouting things.
"She's still alive!"
"She has her powers, but we do too."
"She can help us learn."
"We did it! We did it!"
