Audrey giggled and clung onto her brother, she smiled, "Jay-mes!"
Cassius sighed, "You still could've written to us...", he turned around and faced the girl his son brought, "And who may you be?"
"Linn. Aislinn", she replied. -
He cuddled his little sister. "So adorable." He looked up at his father. "Well...I was seriously busy. Looking for the princess."
Gwen blinked lightly when Cat pushed her away from him.
Ben blinked. "Did you...say Aislinn?" He walked over and hugged her. "you're really back." -
He hugged his son, "I know...but 9 months, I was expecting the worst to come".
Audrey giggled, "Daddy your squeezing me!".
She gasped, "D-daddy?!", she hugged him back tightly, "I'm home" -
He shrugged. "Well it wasn't my fault. I about got blown up but oh well." He chuckled. "Dad don't hurt Audrey."
Gwen took her daughter from both of their grips. "Don't kill my little girl!" She cuddled her daughter.
Ben smiled. "Your mother will be glad to see you. Now what happened? Who kidnapped you?" -
"Fine", he chuckled, and ruffled his son's hair, "God, you get into too much trouble, lad".
Audrey cuddled her mother back, "But mummy, I want to hug Jay-mes!"
She shrugged, "Never told me their names, though it doesn't matter dad, they were chasing after James and I, we jumped into a really strong river so they probably think we're dead". -
James smiled. "I take after you Dad. You understand that right?"
Gwen kissed her daughter's forehead. "But someone needs a nap~"
He sighed. "Then it seems I'm going to have to be very protective of you." He took her hand. "You are not allowed to be around a guy. Not even if I like them." He started to drag her away. -
Cass chuckled but then stopped as he overheard Ben's conversation, he frowned, "Ben, she's grown up now, its been many years".
She yawned and pouted, "No~"
Linn shook her hand out of his grip and took a step back frowning, "Dad, what the hell are you talking about? That's a bit nuts". -
James blinked and looked at Ben. "Sir...that's a bit absurd..."
Gwen chuckled and kissed her daughter's nose. She glanced at Cat. "Hon...you really need a nap."
Ben gave his daughter a serious look. "Linn dear, you were kidnapped from me and your mother by men, so it's logical not to let you be around men." -
She shook her head and took another step back, she stood right infront of James and quickly grabbed his hand, holding onto to it tightly. Her back blocked the gesture from her father, "Dad...please don't".
Audrey shook her head, "Make me".
Cassius caught sight of the gesture shared between the two and instantly he knew, of course it was bound to happen. The two had fallen for each other. -
He gripped her hand back just as tight. He didn't want to be separated from her.
Gwen cuddled her her daughter. "Okay if you agree to take a nap, I'll read a story to you. How does that sound?"
Ben shook his head. "No Linn. It's for your own good." He grabbed her free hand and pulled her towards him. "Your mother will agree with me." -
She knew her father would persist, she knew he would not give in, and so she gave up. Letting out a sad sigh, she squeezed James hand once again before slowly letting go. Her eyes stayed on the ground, "Fine father.."
She giggled, "Okay mummy!". -
James felt tears start to build in his eyes. he didn't want to let her go.
Gwen looked at her son and saw hurt in his eyes. She walked over to him. "Come on James...you can tell me about your trip."she took her son's hand and started to walk.
Ben nodded and started to drag her away. "Your mother will be glad to see you. " he changed the subject quickly. -
Linn bit on her tongue to stop herself from shouting, screaming, or crying."Okay..", she mumbled and followed behind him until she found herself in a rose garden, amoungst the roses sat a woman with dark, wild hair. Her blue eyes shone bright against the background of white roses, she didn't notice the presence of the two as she seemed to be watching a pair of sparrows intently.

James sighed and followed after his mother. He felt...alone without Linn near him. "Mom...why did Ben act like that?"
Gwen sighed. "James...he's just worried about his daughter. Don't worry, Cat will soon forget."
Ben smiled and walked over closer to Jane. "Jane dear, guess who finally came home." He glanced at Linn and nodded at her to move closer. -
Cass caught up to the two and gently patted his son's back, he glanced at Gwen, "Gimme a moment alone with James?".
Jane flicked her hand and poked his cheek, "Shush! You'll chase them away, let me guess, the lady who sells the nice chocolate?".
Linn shuffled closer and curiously watched.
