I caught sight her smirk, "What are you smirking about?" I asked playfully, still keeping my eyes on the job at hand

"Nothing. Just wondering how he hasn't slept with you yet."

My cheeks burned red in embarresment, I stared up at the girl for a few moments then looked down and finished off, not being able to shake off that flustred feeling.

She chuckled lightly. "I'm kidding. He has never slept with anyone. So~ you might be the lucky girl for him~" she laughed louder and clutched her stomach.

"Shhh! You'll wake him!",I swatted her arm lightly but I couldn't help turning a few of my own giggles into chuckles and then into laughs.

Gwen clutched her stomach and took a deep breath. "Don't worry he's a heavy sleeper." She noticed a bruise was forming on his cheek. "I'll set up his tent and we'll move him inside." She went off to do just that.

"Thanks!", I called as she walked away.
For a while, I sat and watched him sleep. Y'know what they say, a person always looks beautiful when they sleep. But then....I couldn't resist trailing lines on his face using my fingers. I outlined his features, and gently skimmed his bruise, for a few moments my fingers lingered on his lips. -
Gwen hummed as she put the tent up. Being mad really did have some advantages. But something bothered her about Ben and the girl. Somehow their auras were merged. Also the girl seemed very...familiar.

I blushed and pulled my hand away, moving it to his forehead to push away the air from his eyes instead. But he looked so peaceful and I couldn't resist placing a little kiss on his purple bruise.

He groaned and his eyes opened slowly. "What...happened...?" He sat up slowly and hissed, grabbing his side.
Gwen turned around after she finished the tent. "You got hurt and I knocked you out. Now you two get in here. I'm gonna keep guard." She walked over and helped him up. -
I picked up the first aid kit and helped Gwen carry him into the tent.

Gwen quickly got him inside and set him in the sleeping bag. "Keep an eye on him. Do anything you can to keep him here."
Ben glared at her. "I'm fine damn it." -
"No your not, you've been attacked, bitten, knocked out, lost blood, been stitched all in one day", I said to Ben frowning, "That's not fine"
Chase sat hidden in the bushes and still in his wolf form, the girl was familiar, he knew it, he had the feeling she belonged to his people.They all did. He watched as the fierce one left the tent, no doubt to take guard -
Ben sighed lightly. "I've been through worse Jane." He sat up in the sleeping bag and winced.

Gwen sighed and kept watch. She held one disc in her hand and sharpened the edge on a rock. Someone or something was watching and she didn't like it. -
"No, I want you to relax", I said placing my hands on his shoulders and pushing them so he'd lie down, "Really, just let the wounds heal. If there's anything you need, you know I won't hesitate".
Morphing to his human form, Chase slowly approached the fierce one. His eyes glowed gold and seemed bright against his dark hair.
