Coru smiled back eagerly, sneezing in surprise when a mile hopped over his snout and scurried off. "Oh toadcrud, it got away..."
Magia and Exo were talking. -
(I thought no one would ever use that term! XD)
Laky giggled slightly, expressing a suppressed grin. Cory is so funny, she thought to herself. -
(Darn you auto-correct! I meant Coru.)

That's ok. Cory is like his pet-name. :3 And yes, I felt the need to use the term.)
Coru chuckled, blushing. "Stupid moles." -
Laky padded up to Coru. "So, how's the hunting going??" she winked at him.
The little Toddling soon woke up. He yawned and stretched those tired limbs. -
Exo looked over and smiled at the Toddling.
Coru blushed again. "So you saw that..." He chuckled. "It's been better." -
Laky chuckled a little more. "Of course, silly." Her eyes scanned the valley and she detected two scurrying field mice. "This is how it's done," she boasted, leaping in the air and landing right on top of the two frantic mice, which she showed no mercy towards. Soon she gobbled up one, and tossed the other to Coru. "There you go," Laky offered, batting her eyes at him. Then, with another wink, she was off to check on the other three skulks.

Laky left Coru with his mouth hanging open, in awe of the beautiful and talented fox. "I...uh..."
Magia approached Laky. "Good Morning!"
Exo smiled at Alpha. "Hey Alphy, feel like playing?" -
"What's up, Magia?" replied Laky with a friendly grin.
"Sure!" bounced Alpha. He tagged Exo and began streaking away. "You're it!" -
The caretaker laughed before darting after the pup. "I'm gonna getcha!"
Magia shrugged. "Nothing much." She smiled devilishly. "Except for you and Coru." -
Laky immediately sprang a few feet up in the air. Nervous, she began gnawing her frizzy tail (and foxes can't sweat, so she was panting like mad.) "Wh-what?!!" Laky stammered. "S-s-says who?" Then she sighed because it was now obvious.
"Haha!" cackled Alphy, sprinting harder. -
Magia laughed. "Relax, it's alright. I won't tell anyone."

Finally Laky's bristles settled. "Well... ok," she said, trusting her friend.
