Max didn't reply. She unfolded her wings, and suddenly wrapped one around Fang's shoulder.

Fang grinned at her.

Max didn't look at him.

Fang stopped grinning. "What?"

"Nothing," she replied quickly, looking up.

Fang looked away.

Max rolled her eyes. "What's wrong with you?"

"What's wrong?"

She shrugged. "I-I was asking y-" She gave up. "Nevermind!"

"What is it?"

"Nothing, really." She looked up at him.

"Tell me."

"Seriously, it's nothing.." She drew her wing back.

"Ok then..."

"Hm."
Total barked, "Max-lover!"
