Dan found it very hard to witness.

A minute later, David was done and Keith, shaking, jumped down to the floor and ran away.

"Poor cat."

David did not respond. He washed up his hands, and walked back to his study.
Keith slowed down and walked towards the room where he had seen Skyheart last. -
"I really think you shouldn't experiment on him. You are still studying."

David called back, "Hey, why waste money on going to the vet when you're becoming one? And I'm the most advanced in my class!"

"It doesn't matter, something could go wrong!"

"It's just stitches! Not like I was making some homemade painkiller for him! I don't even know how to do that! I'm not studying medicine until next semester!"

"Are you doing it like the books say? Your professor? internet?"

"I'm doing a mix of ways! I take what the book says, change it up a bit to make it more like the professor's way, then tie in a little from the internet!"
