Splashfoot sat down, unsure what to do. Her family fuedes had included teeth and claws, not accusing words. -
(You'll get mad at me! And Skyheart might want to get in a cage.)
David checked one cage. Empty. He walked silently towards another. -
Tell me! I promise I won't!!)
Skyheart leapt onto the meaty thing, but yowled in surprise when walls sprang up around her. She pawed frantically at them, but they wouldn't budge. -
(Fine! I'll ruin Christmas for you! I just got done editing your gift! Happy now?)
David heard yowling, and let loose a small smile. 3 cats in one haul? That'll be a new record! He headed towards the yowling. -
You...you got me a Christmas present?)
Skyheart wailed helplessly. -
(Yes! I got both you and Omegy something!)
David stopped suddenly as the cage came into view. No... it can't be her! -
:,D *starts planning presents for you guys*)
Another wail as the now-grown-but-still-small she cat whirled around in a panic. -
David made an odd sound in the back of his throat. What were the odds that she'd be one of the cats he'd get? He sighed, and stepped forward.

David managed a small smile as he walked forward.

The black and white cat squinted anxiously. Was this the same twoleg...?

David knelt before the same cage. Same eyes... same spots... how can, out of all the wild cats in this forest, I catch her?

Skyheart looked into his eyes and could just tell. She immediately calmed down, a small smile appearing on her muzzle.
