Feather looked up at Mudsplash. "Can I get something to eat? I'm Hungry!" -
Aw, bye!!)
Mudsplash nodded. "Of course." He grabbed a small mouse and a small squirrel. "Take your pick." He smiled watching the youngster. He had always wanted to be a father, but had never really devoted to a she cat. -
Feather grabbed the mouse, and took a bite.

"Do you like it?" Mudsplash asked.

Feather nodded. "It's good! Thank you!"

Mudsplash smiled. "You're welcome. Hey, what's your name?"

"Feather" She replied, before taking another bite.

Mudsplash nodded, thinking of Featherkit. He took a bite of the squirrel. "You should stay with one of the queens while you're here." He meowed.

Mudsplash looked away from her curiously bright eyes. So naive, so innocent. "Well, it could be a long time. You could be a grown cat by then..." He couldn't say that she had probably been killed or had simply abandoned Feather... -
(Eh, you all should suspect it by now. I'll never stop making my characters go through trials of Bravery and Strength. Aka, make bad stuff happen to them!)
Feather nodded. "Maybe..." -
Yeppers. Blizzardstom, Jewel, and Feather are all good examples! And Snowflake too! (So basically all your cats. XD))
Mudsplash nodded. "It'll be a...a long time. She's, er, away right now..." -
(And Nettlestar! Blizzardstorm was her misfortune!

Feather didn't linger on how her mother probably didn't know Mudsplash. "Who are the queens I could stay with?"
Snowflake had padded back into the nursery.
