Jewel was grateful for the protection. -
Ember hissed and dodged, trying to swipe her claws at Riverheart's chest. Misty glared at Redfur, who leapt at Gold.

Riverheart felt pain as she hit her chest, but she kept fighting.

Gold clawed at the cat.

Ember yowled furiously at the patched she cat, swiping at her neck and chest again and again. She tried to keep her muzzle out of reach, the scars were still fresh and healing.

Riverheart dodged the blows and continued to fight. -
"Stop it!" Gold yowled.

Redfur backed away and dove under Misty, grabbing Lightkit by the scruff. "Run, Rivwrheart!" She yowled, dashing away. Misty shrieked in protest and shot after them.
