"Goodbye, Skypaw! I'll see you when my old Twolegs come to pick me up and I escape!" Snowflake called as the Twoleg disappeared from sight.
Outside of the room were 2 adult Twolegs, one male and the other female. The female was old, and the male even older. They both wore tired expressions. The man held a small cage, sighed, then handed the cage to the young Twoleg. -
Skypaw climbed into the shoulder of the young one, her fur raising ever so slightly. No...not more cages!
-
The boy shook his head and tried to take the cage back, but the older one would not take it. The boy sighed, then began to talk to Skypaw in a soothing tone.
-
Skypaw shifted on his shoulder, watching the cage wearily, as if it were a snake about to strike. She lowered her ears and twitched her whiskers.
-
*Not take the cage back, give the cage back.)
-
The Twoleg boy sighed and saw it was no use. He gently picked Skypaw up and placed her down softly in the cage. He closed the door, and gazed at her through the holes in the side.
-
Skypaw's ears were now flat, and she gazed accusingly and disapprovingly at the young twoleg. She yowled, butting her head against the cage door lightly.
-
The boy gazed at her as if to say, 'I had to do it,' then he and the others began to walk down the hallway, the boy making sure the cage didn't swing or jolt.
-
Skypaw yowled again, and pawed at the lock. She knew that the forest was outside the building, but what if she couldn't get out of the cage?!
-
They stopped at a small desk and the female Twoleg pawed at something that looked like a white leaf while holding a small stick-like thing. The boy Twoleg held onto the cage tightly.
-
Skypaw yowled a third time, hating being closed up like this when she was so close. She would need a savior or a miracle, neither of which she had...
-
The Twoleg continued to the opening-thing of the structure, and they stepped out. The boy spoke in a soft tone to Skypaw.
-
Skypaw scrambled around as much as she could in the small cage, meowing loudly. If no one heard her now, it would be too late...
-
The older Twoleg glared at her, as if to say, 'Be quiet! I don't want you anyhow! I'm just doing this for the boy!' The group slowly walked across a stretch of stone.
-
"Blizzardstorm! Cloudflight! Gullfeather!" She wailed, ignoring the twoleg. Even Blizzard would be better than this!
