(it's great!! Stop it, Rave, you did good!)
Finchbreeze cursed under her breath. "Suit yourself. I'm sick of trying," she hissed after him. -
You were amazing, Rave. You write better then most thirteen year olds I know.)
Invypaw caught his scruff and put him back on Finchbreeze. -
Finchbreeze sighed, then kept on walking, ignoring Blizzardpaw's protests. They entered camp.
-
"Great, now my Brother's against me to! I wish I wasn't so small!" Blizzardkit hissed the last part, but didn't jump off.
(*Covers head* I just... thank you!) -
Skykit sat next to Jaggedkit, who was napping. "I'm nothing to her. She said so herself..." She muttered
-
Ivypaw: "Come on, I just want what's best for you. You're my brother." He explained.
-
Finchbreeze shook her head. "I was always the smallest cat before you were born," I pointed out.
(want me to post one of my stories im working on????) -
it might not all post.
Emery, a black Star dragon with a large hoop earring on one ear and a bone earring on the other was walking around the cave floor, twitching her ears impatiently. But why do we even need the Emerald Wings? I mean the Star kingdom already has enough dragons. We are far too powerful to need such a thing! She flapped her wings angrily at Queen Night, the Star kingdoms Queen.
Queen Nights tail swished over the stone floor. Her large scales were a purple color and her eyes were icy blue. She had a very mean face. She always scowled, never smiled, and liked to pick fights. Emery was her best battle dragon. Battle dragons fought in wars. Night batted her wings. Well, we may be able to take over all of the Kingdoms, Emery, dear. I know that for sure. Now, who do you say has the Emerald Wings? She asked, her ears pulled back in confusion.
Emery was as clueless as Night. They were pretty stupid, after all. They never thought about that. What is the Emerald Wings? Is it like a dragons wing or what? Or is it actually emerald?
A harsh raspy voice interrupted their conversation. It was a black dragon, even darker than Emery. His eyes were black slits, and he had sharp spines all over his back. It was Jag, her other best battle dragon. He hissed into Nights face, The Emerald Wings is a statue made of emerald of Queen Taras dead daughter, Evergreen! He spat at Emery, who back away, disgusted. Night was obviously puzzled.
But how does it give other dragons power? She asked, completely baffled.
Jag cursed under his breath, then back away a few steps. Her Wizard dragon, Nanuvak, cursed it to do just that. After a few days of receiving the power, Tara died of old age. She was about five hundred and sixty-six. Quite young, I might say. But after she died, all of the power returned to the Emerald Wings, and it was put inside her casket, which is now inside a hidden tomb, he said.
Emery smacked him across the face with her tail. How do you know all this? She hissed, back arched and wings out, ready to battle.
Jag stayed put, then rubbed one of his scars on his face that ran across one eye and down to his left paw on his third talon. Then, he flew up into the air, dug his talons in the stone. He jumped off, and landed on Emery, killing her. You better think about what youve done, weak little Emery! He shoved her body into the lava pit on the other side of the cave.
Night gasped, then pinned Jag down. She bit his snout, then clawed at one of his eyes, making him go blind in one eye. Down to the dungeon with you, Jag! She yelled. She shoved his tail inside the lava pit, making it burn.
Jag yowled in pain, and then screwed his eyes shut. He mustnt complain to the Queen. Then, he would die. He was roughly shoved inside a dungeons cave.
The dungeons caves were fairly large caves with a lava moat around a large rock in the center. It was impossible to jump over the moat. It was far too big and deep!
Night called one of her Wizard dragons, Mac. Mac was a dark gray dragon with jagged wings. He cursed the cave, making thick, fireproof bars go in the entrance, like a jail cell.
Jag looked out the tiny window with bars on it. He pushed on it, hard, but it didnt budge. Hissing in frustration, he tried to fly. He climbed up the wall and onto the ceiling.
Mac whispered another spell under his breath, and then thick metal ropes wound around his muzzle, wings, and neck. The metal rope around his neck attached to many chains that attached onto the walls, so he couldnt move. Mac glared at Jag, then padded off, the Queen at his side.
Jag turned around in a few circles, then laid down, his eyes tired. He looked down into the lava moat. Bones of dragon were floating at the top. Even a live one was scrambling up the stone. Jag spat some fire at it, then it slipped back down into the lava, its scales sizzling.
He got up and then looked out the window again. The volcano not too far from there was starting to erupt, making flaming rocks hit the kingdom. A small coal bounced into his cave. He swatted it with a paw. It landed in the lava. Jag hissed in agony. I got to bust out of here before anyone else gets his or her dirty paws all over the Emerald Wings! Its mine. Ill kill any dragon in my way, even if its Queen Night, or my brothers and sisters Ill get to Queen Taras casket inside that tomb before anyone else!
Jag kept on saying that in his head over and over again, even in his sleep. He knew he would, so he knew that he had nothing to worry about. Nothing at all
Part one:
The escape
Storm swatted Canopy, who was nearby in the Fighting Arena. Canopy was one of the Sand kingdoms prisoners. Storm kept on swatting him until he felt warm blood under his claws.
Storm was a Sand dragon with pale gold scales, and black eyes. He had a long tail and poisonous fangs. He could inject venom, which was optional. He was ordered to fight the prisoners for the Queens amusement. She ordered everybody to come and watch, too. Storm didnt like it, but he had to, no matter what!
Inside the Arena was a whole bunch of sand from the desert. Well, they lived in the desert, anyways. Where else would a Sand dragon be?
Canopy scrambled in the sand, trying to run away from the four-year-old dragonet.
Storm, not even fully grown yet, was an expert at fighting. In his first battle, the Queen only wanted to kill him to get rid of him. Storm used to be the weakest of his family, but look at him now!
He pinned Canopy down in the sand, and bit down on his shoulder, not injecting venom. Yet. Suddenly, Canopy fought back, kicking him with his hind legs.
Canopy, who left Storm stunned, tried to fly off, but the top of the Arena was blocked with chains, so no dragon could go out. He grabbed on to one of the chains, then pushed off, wings flapping fast.
Canopy was a Tree dragon. Not the fasted dragon in the bunch, but the best climber. And they were good at healing others with medicine from the rainforest. The rainforest was full of healing plants, and Tree dragons. Tree dragons could also change their color.
Storm scrambled to his paws, his webbed talons making it easy to run in the sand. He jumped on top of Canopy, and then dug his talons into his neck, then bit him. About to inject his black venom, his opponent suddenly disappeared. He backed away, puzzled. Canopy had camouflaged himself to blend in with the sand. Somewhere!
Storm hissed in anger, then saw a few dragons pointing at a pile of sand and some others pointing at another. Ignoring them, he flew up into the air, looking for movement. There was none. He clawed his way across the chain ceiling, and then pushed off. He landed right in the middle of the Arena.
The dragons watching sat on a block of sandstone, so they could see through the chains and into the arena. The Queen got the best view at the very back of the rows and rows of Sandstone blocks and dragons. Queen Blaze, the new Queen, hissed in disappointment. She yelled, Kill him already!
Storm shook his head, ears flapping. He rolled his eyes so he could see his little nubs for horns. Suddenly, he spotted a little ripple of movement among the entrance of the Arena a small tunnel where the guards were.
Storm pounced on top of Canopy, whose scales turned white with fear. He dug his talons into his spine, and then bit his neck, injecting a lot of venom.
Canopy wailed in pain, then pushed Storm off of him. He could feel weird pulsing in his neck. It spread to his chest to all over his body. Then, his scales started sizzling, burning them. They melted, and then dripped off of his bones and into the sand. Canopy was dead.
Storm saw one white scale that did not melt. He snatched it up, and then gripped it in his paw, eyes wide. He didnt want to kill, but it was still Queen Blazes orders. Her other orders were to mount the skull of his victim -
it didn't, but yeah. it's really bloody, and it won't show the f------ quotation marks, so yeah.
-
I'll start reading your story now!)
"... and the best for me is to stop me from killing myself and forcing me to return to a clan where I might snap any moment and kill someone? Little brother, are you sure you're not a mouse?"
(In case you don't remember, Blizzardpaw was born before Ivypaw.) -
Cloudpaw sadly shook his head. "Well, I hope you know that I like you," he murmured, licking a white paw then drawing it over his ear, emabarrassed.
-
Wow. That's really good!)
Ivypaw laughed. "In not the most enormous cat either." -
I agree with the Firefly!)
"Are you really sure you're not a mouse, though?" Blizzardpaw continued. -
(thank you! I told you its violent! It needed some action, so yeah)
Finchbreeze set Blizzardpaw down. She didn't know what to say. -
Blizzardpaw stayed silent, not sure what to do.
