Bearpaw sighed in relief. He wasn't going to die. He sent a silent prayer of thanks to Starclan.
Eagleheart grinned as Nettlestar reluctantly passed over the rabbit. "I told you he'd die!" The tom meowed between laughs. -

Foxfur chuckled a ways off. "It's okay Nettlestar, you'll get better as time goes on. Then again, Graypounce's been here longer than I have and he's still awful at these bets," "Hey!"

Nocturnekit slowly lifts eye-lids, revealing two sets of crystalline eyes with radically different black slits for pupils. Her eyes seemed to glow.

Nettlestar hissed, then turned to face Eagleheart again. "I say he'll die to that stinkin' badger! If it can kill me, then it can kill anyone!" Only a few pawsteps away, Hawkfrost/Blizzard sat in Dark Forest, eavesdropping in. "I see where Blizzardstorm gets his ego from."
Rubykit gazed at her new sister with wide eyes. -
Fernandi was snapped awake by a large, startling noise. He reeled back his ears to study the sounds.
Nocturne looked around, seeing more, albeit smaller, creatures. When she looked down, they seemed to have the same legs. She tried to stand up with a very wobbly stance. -
Foxfur laughed. Graypounce was still complaining.

"Th-thank you. " Bearpaw meowed to his saviour.

Crowfrost smiled slightly. "I owed you." She explained.

"N-no you didn't. " He shifted slightly, and winced.

Crowfrost looked concerned. "Yes I did. You didn't kill me when you could've." She showed him the scars on her paws. "But that's beside the point. Who's your medicine cat?"

Bearpaw nodded his head towards Appleleaf.
