"Thanks! We should get back to camp." He began walking. "So...I heard you were thinking about becoming a medicine cat." He said. There was an edge in his voice. He sounded a little worried.

"I don't know. I'm still wondering if i should..." Wolfpaw looked down at the ground while walking.

"What about Whisperpaw?" Pikepaw said, with a slight protest in his voice.

"Maybe... if Whisperpaw becomes medicine cat they'll need a new apprentice."

"Icecrack just became medicine cat though, I doubt he'll retire soon." Pikepaw told her. "Besides, do you really want to stuck in that dark old den all day?"

Wolfpaw sighed. "No..."

Pikepaw smiled and nudged her. "Hey, don't look so down!" He nudged her playfully. "Airwing and Skyheart are warriors, and neither of them enjoy fighting much."

Wolfpaw smiled again. "I guess." Wolfpaw poked Pikepaw with her paw.

Pikepaw laughed and poked her back. "Race you back to camp!"

"You're on!" Wolfpaw started running.

Pikepaw took off after, laughing. Suddenly he jumped onto her back. "No one said anything about cheating!" He spring off again.

Pikepaw stumbled, laughing. "Hey!"
