Will jumped up onto the tree and sat down.

"Well, at birth, all clan cats are given a prefix name, ending with kit. For example, I was Nightkit, and my siblings were Blackkit and Hawkkit. Warriors in training, or apprentices, receive the name paw. Nightpaw, Blackpaw, Hawkpaw. Then, once their training is complete, they become warriors. The names vary. Nightwing, Blackstorm, Hawktail. The leader of the clan receives 'star' and mine lives from Starclan." She took a breath.
