Wolfkit hided behind her sisters.

Windflight rose and sighed. "Icepaw," She meowed with a small smile. Despite her harsh exterior, there were a few cats Windflight was exceptionally kind to, and her apprentice was one of them. "Would you like to go father some herbs in the river tunnel with me?" The old gray and white cat asked, her violet eyes bright, not showing her old age.

"Of course Winfpflight! Good plan! We could use some."

Firekit thought of the bird in her vision, but didn't mention it. "No..."

Cavernstar emerged fully from the tunnel. He sent a small smile towards the kits.

Wolfkit trembled. "What the..."

Windflight nodded and smiled, her bushy tail wafting around cheerfully. She padded out of the med den, already thinking about the herbs. "Let's see...we should get some catmint, and dandelion, though that won't be in the tunnels...hmm...poppy seeds, yarrow, maybe some moss..."

"Cobweb could also be useful." Icepaw suggested.

Firekit froze, regarding the huge tom angrily. She leapt in front of her sisters protectively and growled. "Who're you?!"
Ah, Firekit...even as a kit she thinks she can stand up to the founder of Cavernclan...) -
Ravenkit took a few steps back.
Smile, Cavernstar. They're bound to be scared. Look friendly...

"Yes, that's what I forgot." Windflight nodded. "Thank you Icepaw." She entered the tunnel and pawed affectionately at her apprentice's nose. "You'll make a fine medicine cat."

"The role of a medicine cat is sometimes the most important role of all." She smiled. "My brother told me that." She sniffed deeply, following the scent to a patch of catmint. Unfortunately, it sat across the raging river. Leaning, she could almost reach it, but not quite... -
"Watch out!" Icepaw yowled. He tried to grab her tail.
