Firekit crept forward, still silent. -
Blizzardstorm let Keith up. "Then go."
Keith bolted, and ran into the forest, heading towards the twolegsplace. -

"Why did you do that?" Firekit asked, emerging from the bushes.

"He wasn't fit to live in the clan." Was all Blizzardstorm said.

"How do you know?" His niece asked.

He looked at his niece and gave her a small smile. "Once a cat becomes a real warrior, it's easy to tell if a cat is fit to live in the clan or not. But some cats don't accept that. Skyheart and your dad are like that, and so are a few other warriors. Don't tell anyone, ok?"
