Nightwing wrinkled her muzzle - she seemed to be doing that a lot lately. "Ugh, smell the kittypet food."
Puzzle sat up. "Ooh, new kitties! Can I play with them?" -
"No!" Oakstripe snapped. "You and your siblings are to stay here while I go talk to them!" He ran out of the room and into the hallway.

Puzzle was a bit startled, but she recovered quickly. Bounding over to Quilt she smiled an batted at her sister's tail.
Nightwing's eyes widened. "Oakstripe!" -
"Nightwing!" Oakstripe meowed, putting on a fake relieved face. "Thank Starclan someone's here!"
Quilt smiled, and pulled her tail away before leaping at her sister. -
Puzzle grinned, pretending to be chased out of the room. Once Plum, Ash, Sandy, and Redd were out of earshot, she whispered, "Let's follow Dad!"
Nightwing smiled. "Are you okay?" -
"Good idea!" Quilt whispered back, a grin on her face.
Oakstripe nodded. "Yeah. How did you get in here?" Then he saw Will. "And who is he?"
"I'm Will." -
Puzzle jumped up, and began creeping into the hall, but stoppe at the sight of two large cats.
Nightwing meowed, "Two kittypets showed us the way. Will helped too." -
"I mean, how did you get inside? Was a window open or something?"
Quilt was a few pawsteps behind her sister. -
Nightwing gave him an odd look before gesturing to the cat door.

Oakstripe looked, and truly was surprised. "That thing actually opens?!!!"
