So idk maybe two people who barely know eachother are marooned on an island on a fateful plane crash. They were the only survivors along with the evil pilot who crashed the plane on purpose he's a terrorist. He lives on the other side of the island anyway they fall in love, and ya know fight the bad guy, 'till one of them is badly injured by him then gets lost in the jungle, dilirious and injured. The lover has to find the other person and tend to them before they die and yep we'll go from there. If you don't like the plot just make something else up.
