Be careful, Vik, he might take you seriously...... He's a robot who doesn't understand sarcasm...

ChiTownGal NewbieFYI: alter2ego is a jehovah witness who has posted hundreds and hundreds of posts just like the ones she has here in over 50 forums. She is not a Christian, although she claims to be. She will ignore anyone's responses which call her "arguments" out and she will claim persecution by any and all who recognize her statements as ludicrous. She lives in LA and, in my opinion, needs to get a job. Her posts are identical here as they have been in other forums.

ChiTownGal NewbieHey...alter!!! Read this:
A prime example of the idiocy I've encountered when debating JEHOVAH WITNESS ALTER2EGO at various websites is HER willingness to believe ANYTHING THE FALSE RELIGION OF THE WATCHTOWER GROUP. Common sense tells us intelligent beings (humans, animals, etc.) could not have resulted from unintelligent means (a long string of spontaneous events/accidents). I have to constantly remind myself when debating an JEHOVAH WITNESS ESPECIALLY ALTER2EGO that I'm not dealing with a person using common sense. I'm dealing with someone who is convinced that IGNORING LOGIC is indicative of high intellect.
Why don't you go run to another forum? Why don't you go to muscle-building, body-building, ChristianChat, or the hundreds of other forums you've tried this same nonsense on? Better yet, why don't you get a JOB?? And, btw, I think someone should report you to your local kingdom hall--I'm sure your superiors would be very interested in knowing what you've been doing for the past few years... -
She's done this on other forums too?
And just because you're a Christian doesn't mean you don't believe in the Big Bang. Even we have an understanding of science. Well, some of us, anyway. -
Alter2Ego NoviceALTER2EGO -to- EVERYONE:
The arguments for the existence of an intelligent Designer/God aka Jehovah are numerous. Below is the first of several.
1. Precision in nature indicates deliberation. Anything deliberately done indicates the presence of an intelligent being who intervened and guided the outcome.
The elements on the Periodic Table is an example of precision.
________________
"That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah, you alone are the Most High over all the earth." (Psalms 83:18) -
The elements on the periodic table simply go up by one. It doesn't take a God to add one.
-
Elements in the periodic table are arranged in atomic orbitals and they're grouped in columns with similar elements.

in response to the main theme of this thread..
I acknowledge that it could have easily been divine province that sparked the world as it is, but here's the question I always come back to: so what?
Say some being who had the power to create nature as we know it, what difference would it make to us? whether nature is sentient or not doesn't make it any more or less influential to us, we still get out of the way when a rock falls, still get rolled on when a hurricane blows through.
Nature is what it is, and either way it's so big that it's feelings don't really matter
