Rockin- Its really sad that children get abused and suffer in this world. Really really sad. How can God let this happen to people like you and others?
What kind of loving God is that?!
God can make bad things turn into good. Let me relate to you on a personal level. My father was not a very good man to us, his children. He was an alcholic and he would.. well it wasnt pretty. Things he yelled at me for, he broke more than furniture- he broke our hearts.
It is so painful Rockin- the things on earth do to sin. Sometimes we think- what kind of God would allow children to get hurt and burned and assulted?
But let me tell you this. God has let certain things happen to me, that way i can do things like this. I can share with you that i know kind of where youve been. I know somewhat how you feel.. God has lead me through sorrows so i can share about how good he is. And how, No matter what youve been through, there can be a better ending.
Notice, i used the word CAN.. God was with me and held me- and that is the only reason i made it through. If you want to make it through, you need his help BUT even if you dont except his help, or if you just hate him-- he will always love you.

Yes i can tell you how that can turn into a good thing. Lets say you get raped by someone in your family.. Someone you used to trust.
You might become very angry or sad for a long long time. But lets say you go to school one day and a friend tells you about Jesus.. and you rededicate your life to Christ.
Later in life.. You become a counselor to those who have been abused. You help several kids feel comforted because of YOU!
You go to a friends house one day and you see she is crying. She has had a hard life of being mistreated. You tell her that youve gone through the same thing. And that you know how it hurts. You lead her to Christ and she becomes a Christian!
You can help several other people be comfoted and even become saved, Because of what youve gone through!! Its a sadly beautiful thing.
But even if you dont rededicate your life to Christ.. Dont think he wont real you in himself!! He might pull your heart closer to his- even if you dont want it to. But never forget, that ultimetaly- good things can come from bad.
