More often than not, science proves the bible is correct. Feel free to argue with me if you're bored. xD -
I think i will argue with u nakita, im bored!!! So, science supports the bible huh??? Did the bible ever say that we were apes b4??? Did the bible ever say tht there were dinosaurs b4 man??? Did the bible ever say tht earth was created accidently coz of the collision of gases??? Was life created by chance??? If your answer is no to all of these, then isnt science leading u away 4rm your religion??? Answer....

Ehhh, no. What you're doing is assuming science today is correct, and since much of it contradicts the bible, the bible can't be true.

Those facts, first of all, aren't science. They're theories. Nothing is science unless it's a fact. Where you there when cells randomly evolved out of primordial (I didn't spell that right, did I? :/) ooze? Or when apes began changing into humans? Most likely not. I believe in the creation, but was I there and did I see it happening? Nope. So although I strongly believe it, it's not science.
And about evolution...
Uh, let me know if I'm getting two ideas mixed up here, 'cuz I think I am...
But the thing about life coming from this primordial ooze stuff.
Where'd the primordial ooze come from? :P And plus, Darwin believed that cells were very simple. But science today shows that cells are NOT simple at all, they are extremely complicated and complex. So, if Darwin based much of his evolution theory on the incorrect fact that cells are very simple, what else in his theory could be flawed? That's what several scientists have began thinking.
As you can see, since science has shown that cells are not simple, that's one thing that helps to prove the creation.
Aaaand this is really random, but there was once this guy...I can't remember his name, I'll try to look it up in a sec...but he kinda went on this little quest of his to disprove every. single. little. Fact in the bible. EVERY one. Adam & Eve, the ark, Gabriel's message to Mary, Jesus being crucified, the prophecies in Revelation, EVRYTHING. So he started researching things on the internet, reading books, talking to people, all that stuff. But eventually, he actually found so much evidence, that he became a christian. xD -
Wow.... Ok.... U win.... I have nuthing else 2 say, lol...! So, isnt there evidence in the other religions of their beliefs???

There probably is some evidence for the other religions, like Islam and everything else, but I'm not muslim so I probably wouldn't do a very good job at proving their beliefs to be true, since I know next to nothing about them. xD

Agreeing with Nakita about all she said, but lets take a look at other religions, such as Islam. See, in the Quran, there is thirty chapters and 114 parts, and in a few of them, it talks about strange things that people had no idea about in the Prophet's time, like cells and electricity and all of that. Like one of the lines in the Quran talks about mountains that have roots under them, as if there were plants. And recent studies by some Scientists (They weren't Arab or Muslim) shows that mountains DO have roots, not roots like plants! But they have a long pointed rock buried in the ground! And then there's one about man-made rain, that humans can only make rain between rain poured by God one hundred times. And that's actually true, a group of scientists tried all of these tests to make rain, they tried a hundred times (obviously through a long time period - perhaps a few months or even years) and it only worked once.
Also there's a part in the Quran that talks about the three darknesses, which is a baby in it's mother's womb, it's covered by the womb, as the first darkness, then two other things. (I can't remember what) and lately doctors and what not have found that this is true.
So those were all miracles of the Quran, because it talked about things that people in the prophet's time had absolutely no idea about, but now in modern times, with all the machines and gadgets and instruments and doctors and scientists and professors and whatnot, they've discovered that this is all true. So I disagree with yea, Science DOES agree with religion in many cases. -
I never said i agree tht science moves u further away 4rm your religion, i asked if u agreed or disagreed..... I disagree,., science has proved alot of religions 2 b true.... So my conclusion.... All religions are tied 2gether, each and every religion has been proved corect, 1 way or another.... Its been proved by science..... Well, thts my thoughts....

If science leads your from your religion, then obviously it wasn't the right religion for you
So if your answer is agree, then you seriously need to think about what it is that you believe -

I have heard some people say that if you believe something is true, it will be true. For example, "If you believe that God exists, he'll exist."
If you believe with all your heart that there's an elephant standing in front of you, will an elephant suddenly appear? Most likely not. xD
I love it when people say "There is no truth."
If there is no truth...then that sentence must be lie...which means there IS truth...but you just said there isn't truth...so was that that a lie when you said there is no truth?...because if that sentence was true, then there...is...truth. o.O
