Look. I get that you believe in science but not in God. But there's people who do. You really think humans evolved from apes? Really? If so, why are apes not evolving into what you would call human beings? Any who, glad you are an atheist. I couldn't expect more from children like you.
Stop making fun of people who believe in God. Science has its limits; God doesn't. If you don't believe in God, okay. But let people be. You do not have to express your hatred towards Christians all the time. Let the matter drop. I am a Christian myself. All you say about Christians applies to me. Though you may not know me well, don't get in my bad side. I do not want to have any problems with anyone, much less you. Just don't post hating comment towards Christians. It gets irritating at times.
You can go smooch with your dearest science. Science has limits; boundaries. Science will only increase, but then it'll collapse. Now go in peace and refrain from hating Christians. Nice day~ -
Slayerbrine NoviceAlso how does your preceious science explain miracles. It can't explain it. know why? God does things science deems imposible. Plus, science can only go so far 'cause no human being will be as smart as King Solomon. I belive he could have made the planet have flynig cars in a day with the wisdom God gave him. God is limitless, God is Supreme.

Evolution takes time Twlight. I personally have been told that humans and apes share a common ancestor or at least oen similar which would explain why we both exsist today.
God may create miracles but a lot of scitentists can come up with a Logical reason on how it happened , logical doenst mean God is t real it means it's the cold hard truth if you take out an entity someone can't see. -
However I do agree that she is being disrespectful and is way out of bounds . I don't think she stated that she was an athesit though but I don't read posts in the garden too often.

What boundaries does science have?

Slayerbrine NoviceI haven't seen any ape evolve into a human so really?has anyone seen an ape evolve to know?
No they don't.You think they do but they don't.They take a very educated guess. That's all, just a guess. It may seem to make sense but nah.
IHLAOY, trust me, science will never create a whole universe and if they somehow pull it of that universe will most likely explode.Tehy also can't create a real human being.Cloning? sure but the clone isn't really human.Humans are made out of more than science can comprehend.Really?think of science as a little dot of posibilities.I'm all up for science but it's limited we just haven't seen the limit yet but you wait, one day, there will be something science can't do and everyone will see it.I see it already.Everyone just has to see it. -
Actually, we have seen apes evolve. It's known as micro-evolution, and it's a very well documented natural process.
Surely it can be argued that everything is a well educated guess, and the most well educated guess becomes the truth until more information is provided and the truth changes. It's like that infographic with the stars and the circles. You use points of information to try and build a picture of what the truth looks like, and as more points of information are revealed, you change the truth to get a little closer.
And science totally could create a new universe. Virtual reality is already speeding towards the point where we can simulate vehicular accidents and other molecular interactions. As computing power increases, so too will out ability to emulate the universe. Eventually, it's inevitable that the process will evolve to the point where we can simulate an entire universe.
And why don't clones count as people? How are you defining people? If someone experiences a thinking, feeling consciousness, doesn't that make them alive? Doesn't that make them a person?
And lets forget clones for a second, what about children with no parents? Because science is advancing to the point where we can create both artificial semen and an artificial womb for it. Are those people considered people?
It seems rather shallow for you to proclaim that clones and laboratory babies aren't people for, from what I see, no reason.
If you can see what science can't do, would you care to explain it for me? Granted, there are certain areas (such as faster than light travel) that seem impossible from our perspective, but you need to bear in mind that trying to find a solution for that is like a caveman trying to work a microwave. He's simply not evolved enough to know how it all fits together. The more he learns, the closer he'll get to figuring out how to overcome that barrier.
Because humanity is all about overcoming barriers. It's how we've advanced so far already. -
Natalya NoviceOkay, sorry guys. You lost sound like scientists judging by the huge lot of info you know about human and human stuff.
-
Don't bring that, "I haven't seen an ape evolve into a human so eVOLOOTION AINT REL"
There's plenty of evidence and fossils where humans share similar bone structures and characterstics of that of an ape or monkey because of a common ancestor. We are learning Evolution in Bio and I am really trying hard to remember what I've learned. -
I don't understand why people go to apes for evolution. Just look at various viruses/bacteria which adapt. It's much simpler and faster due to their small size.
-
Wow, I didn't know all of you guys were named Natalya.
And Natalya, cut to the chase. That wasn't my point. My point was to just respect people for believing in God and not judge them by it. That's it.~ -
Natalya NoviceErr, Natalya is my real name. Well, my first name.
-
I was referring to the other users who weren't you.
Just dont disrespect people for what they believe in. Just let people be and if you dont like what people post, dont post back. Other than that, I dont care what you say. -
