sit outside at night, maybe on your patio, or porch. bring a blanket to sit on. bring 4 measuring cups of water.
leisurely smoke 3.54 grams of quality dro. take your time, and relax in whatever position you enjoy. play with your phone if desired, or just watch the stars.
after finishing the dro, set pipe (or other paraphernalia aside) and adopt meditative position: cross your legs, and balance your weight evenly. Straighten your spine, one vertebra at a time. connect your finger tips together in your lap, palms, comfortably resting. Fill your lungs with the night air, breathing in through your nose, deep down into the bottom of your lungs, allowing your ribs, your belly, your chest, your shoulders, to expand with every inhalation.
Once comfortable, begin clearing your mind. as thoughts enter your mind, let go of them softly, allowing them to fade away, one by one, leaving you empty. if thoughts intrude on your stillness, be calm, and allow those too, to float away.
in the emptiness, begin to sense your heartbeat. feel the blood flowing away from your core, and then returning, flowing away, and back. patiently make yourself accustomed to feeling, and thinking, nothing but the flow of blood within your body. intrusive thoughts, are softly swept away in the waves of blood coursing through you; passively quieted by the thumping of your heart.
once your focus is fully established, let yourself drift in perspective, gaining size, losing size, until you can feel that your heart beat is infinite. the thumping sound is universal, the rushing flow in your veins never stops. you're blood is the blood of everything that exists.
in the infinite, begin to lose the sense that the universe is solid. the air in your lungs is an idea, the resonating pounding of the heartbeat of the universe doesn't exist; nothing exists. allow the impurity of perception to fall away: sight, sound, feeling, taste, smell..what's left is the presence of God.
