Thread Topic: Why does God let the innocents suffer
-
while nothing happens to sinful people? Can't He see who's doing what? Doesn't He pity?
-
Maybe he doesn't exist
-
Hypothetically, if god exists as an all loving, all knowing all powerful being, then he knows what he's doing and your miniscule questions are silly.
If he does not exist in that way, then those questions are total shots in the dark as to his personality and abilities.
If he does not exist at all, then people suffer because they want to, and its good for them. Or us anyway -
Side note: not all innocents suffer and not all sinners do not suffer
-
Slim's right.
-
Yes, agree with the side note.
Just grieved by the killing of innocents by terrorists. -
Slimt, what do you believe? God is real or God isn't real?
I believe He is real. -
Noneyabusiness NewbieDo you know the story of Adam and eve well there were innocent in the beginning but God told them not to do something but they did it anyway because satan tricked eve that's how we become punished we all have sinned
-
CFtwins, good question. Yes I do believe god exists, but I don't believe his existence affects us in any relevant way.
-
The killing of innocents was done by humans like you and I and has nothing to do whatsoever with God
-
Unless god has everything to do with humans. Kish your statement does not compute
