  I think it has to do more with Will power than anything really,no need for magic words or little potions...it's about believing yourself,it's all an illusion.Kinda like really wanting it to rain then it rains or something.
  
  I don't follow this sorta thing but I used to want to,but from what I read this is what it sounded like to me-I think.I could be wrong don't yell at me.__.

  The fact still remains that her rebuttle to try and prove her point was to restate things that no one else sees as valid.
  
  It's like if I said Kittens breath fire and you asked me for my proof and I showed you a children's story where a cat breathed fire. You wouldn't consider my point valid at all and would ask me for actual proof.

  beliefs are all find and dandy, but when the crumble under the slightest scrutiny they lose merit and validity.
