I have something very personal that I need prayer for. I have been really depressed lately and it's been over this guy in my youth group. I have known him for literally my whole life. Recently, since we've both grown up a little bit, my feelings for him have changed. I guess you could even say that I've falled head-over-heels in love with him. (I've never been in love with anyone, so it's really confusing, actually.) I really want things to work out between us and I think that they can. It's just that sometimes I think that I'm not what he's looking for and that we're way too different for anything to happen. When these thoughts come to me I don't know if it's depression and hopelessness talking or if those things are really true. So, I guess what I'm asking for is prayer. I want a sign from God telling me whether things are meant to work out or whether I should just forget him before I hurt myself. All I'm asking for is for God to give me a sign. Can you guys pray for a sign for me? I think that asking people outside the situation to pray could really be helpful in this situation. Thank you. I would really appriciate it if you could.
