A Deity
Some sort of spiritual being, usually unseen to the eyes but is spiritually present. This is a general term because there are many religions so you can look at each to find any more in-depth details.
Government
From what I've seen people who believe a government, or a group of humans, is what should take care of the people and be a source of moral direction, usually aren't very interested in religion or probably atheist. Many times this is where communist, socialist, and dictatorship kind of governments play in.
YOU
If one doesn't believe in a deity, and does not believe other humans are the source of care and guidance, one most likely believes that they are the ultimate source of intellegence. Almost anarchic and self serving, if one believes that they possess all truth or that their opinion is law, the world and other humans lack meaning and truth.

The world, life ,forest, beings...yah..they'd be my 'God' I guess.

That's stupid, you can't just call everything that has a powerful place in this world a god just so peopel will believe what you do.
