I've decided that if I were to ever become a Christian, I would really only do it so I could tell other Christians that they are practicing their religion incorrectly. I'm thinking specifically about the Westboro types who think homosexuality is a sin and think it's within their right to picket outside of victims' funerals in Newtown, Connecticut. Or the people who think the solution to such a tragedy is prayer instead of actually getting off their asses and doing something. So I would still be a dick to Christians, but if I were a Christian myself they might listen to me. So basically I'd be a double agent.
But again, this is a big if. -

Actually, in the Catholic religion homosexuality is not considered a sin because it's how people are born. It is a sin, however, to act upon those temptations (so that pretty much makes the first part irrelevant but still, gays are accepted). And Chrisian teaching is that they should pray but still actively do stuff for the community....but that never happens.

I never chose to be straight. I always just knew. I'm fairly certain that no one ever chose to be gay.

It's a choice that a man is perhaps disgusted by a woman? No. He just is, he was born that way. Some people know they're sons are gay when they're little kids. -
Seriously? Gays chose to be gay? Thank you for that enlightenment. Maybe now I can change understand my odd want for other women. It's a choice, and totally has nothing to do with how I was born.

Going to a Christian school sucks, and because I'm bisexual, life is usually hell for the teachers trying to shove religion down me and my girlfriends throats. Still, if anyone calls me/anyone else names( yep, those lesbian names -.-) I'm not afraid to cut a b----, including teachers :3 but yeah tongue, I totally agree withyou
