Its pretty popular on facebook. Since you would normally post it on someones wall, heres what the gtq version is like:
Its like a shout out, except your saying the truth about what you think of the person. You say the name of the person your saying it to, and put "truth is:" and then your opinions on them. Heres an example of one (my friend said it to me, im not conceited lol):

So, you do your truth is's now! (Btw, I think this goes in psychology and personality, so if it doesnt then dont yell at me or anything) -
