I'm annoyed that people keep trying to get me to apply EC Uni for Art and design (prestigious art school that accepts only the top artists) :I
I have no marketable skills. I started drawing too damn late to be able to have any form of skill acceptable for ECU.

No, I really don't. I graduate in a year. I just started drawing a good year and a half ago. I doubt I'm going to be able to do perfect photo-realism by 2014. There's really no point in trying. -
You never know unless you try. .3. And even if you don't go to that school, you can still work hard and do what you want to do in life, if you're dedicated.

I'm not making you sign up, all I'm saying is that you're really good and if you really wanted too, you could get into that school. Like Cherry said, you can still work hard in what you want to do in life. -
Follow your heart ting.. When my friend told me she was pregnant, she told me she was scares to do it alone. I gave up my dream of an art school to stay here and help her. And honestly im glad i did. If i had gone to santa fe, i wouldve never been able to see my good baby. To hold her. I followed my heart and it gave my friend the strength to become a teen parent. She loves it...
That baby was worth it.. -

They do however accept Semi-realism which I am more than capable to do by 2014 but honestly don't want to. :I
But still, I honestly don't want to do this. Because ECU only accepts the top artists, people's egos swell massively when they get accepted. If I somehow get accepted by some sort of fluke, I don't fucking want this shit happening to me. I like my minimal sized ego thank you very much. -
If you dont wanna do it, then dont do it ting. Remember only you control your life. Only you make it the way you want it to be. You like your midget ego, then dont feel like trading it in for a massive one just cuz someone said to. Do what you want. Follow your heart. Because itll take you placesyou never thought you'd go

I guess I'm considering going to animation, but it seems like something I could learn myself. The only disadvantage is not having that paper to prove you can do it. -
