But it comes around all the time, so I'll make this thread and remember to bump this to remind you.
I've been noticing a cycle. It goes like this:
X person gets sad
X cuts self
X makes 5 threads about it here
Y calls X a crybaby (or whatever similar)
X tells Y to STFU
X and Y argue
Z comes in and says something random
Y apologizes to X
X is still sad
Y makes big long paragraph and 5 threads pointing to paragraph
Paragraph cheers X up
A, B, and C are older users who are pissed at the amount of threads being made
C feels sympathy and tries to cheer up X
B doesn't care and goes to watch YouTube
A is still pissed and calls everyone a moron
X, Y and C have big happy hugfest over cheering up X
Z goes and makes a thread pointing out the logical pattern
...
I'm just saying it goes the same way every single time and the problem is never fixed. The next time one of you is sad or has a problem, ask me and I'll discuss solutions. Or at least, everyone try to discuss solutions. You get nowhere with the sympathy, except for making X feel a bit better, and then X goes on and gets sad again because the problem was never solved.
I want to help, but I can't until I know what the problem is or what the situation it's in is like.
It's the engineer in me. -

Maybe X is going to use a different method of self harm, cutting isn't the only way. But most people don't aknowledge that.

Maybe H isn't sure how to help anyone they love and when everyone starts freaking out, so they sit in the corner and talk to sock puppets. e.o

And all the while, here sits the lonely M, wondering why everyone can't just be happy and love life.

and T is confused as to what the hell just happened, and would prefer that (if x added her) X send her a msg on facebook and talk it out so the problem can be fixed that way too.

And when N tries to help, X never listens. :/

G stalks the thread and secretly laughs at X because X is usually an attention whore.

And K totally totally agrees with G and thinks 'What the hell... To hell with this' *goes to play Calk Of Duty*

Lol! That's so true! I'm a C or a Z. Probably a Z because I haven't been on this long. But I'm pretty sure I got what what's going on! ;)

And E thread stalks all the threads involved because she's got nothing better to do and would rather know everything that had happened so far before giving her opinion, only to find out the problem had been resolved and the X, Y, and C in question were having a conversation about tacos or some other food product.
But yes, the pattern does seem to be just that. -

I'm definitely A when I'm actually on during these things.

And L walks into this thread and is kind of hinted that X is an actual person and not just an example so L gets confused an asks someone to help them and tell them what's going on because L would love to help X.
