That you're crying in the night for no reason and then you have strange... killing... cutting phsyocpathic thoughts, when you wake up the next day, you feel sh1tty and it's like the whole world is on the play button and you're on pause.

... Or maybe it's just me being phsycopathic. :P (Most likely)
