I look through my 8th grade yearbook, the only yearbook that means something to me since I worked on it in journalism. I'm reminded of the family I was apart of, the times I had in just the course of one year, and who I've become since then.
I used to be... different, but I'm starting to realize I shouldn't be looking back, but looking ahead. Sure, I've wasted a couple years crashing, burning, and then trying to find myself again. Now is the time I truly take action. I'm at an age where I can create and make things the way I want them to be, and when I'm older, I want to make sure I look back at who I am today and know I did something, instead of watching life pass by.
I'm realizing I need to be more walk than talk. And so now I'm really going to try and change things for the better.
