Almost nothing makes me laugh anymore, i have to force myself. I hate it. the sun seems to bright

I felt the same way the first time I got depressed. I couldn't even smile.

I have depression, it's was a lot worse a few months ago. I hope things get better, we just need to have faith it will.

I get depressed a lot and I won't want to eat, it gets hard for me to smile. But what Anastasia said is right, and just try to find something--have fun/socialize. That usually helps me start feeling better. :)

hay i have it worse. i have manic depression. i go into depression multiple times a month EVERY MONTH. (to all those idiots out there: its not pms. i'm a guy)
