Isn't it just energies? Or do we look at our likes and dislikes? Or do some choose labels to identify with themselves? Or use adjectives and descriptors? Or our actions? How does one really use language to communicate who they are?

There's also the thought that we don't necessarily know everything about ourselves. There are things other people see that we don't see. And there are also things we keep inside that others do not know.
