My nose is big when I smile, and when I don't smile. Also I have bumps on my upper cheak on side and bumps go away on the other cheak. And FREAKING BLACKHEADS on my nose(along with red marks)

Red hair,pale skin,blue eyes,and freckles.
But my hair isn't completely red,it has blonde and brown streaks in them if you look real close.
And my skin is fair,not pale.
