I'm not okay, honestly. I'm worried about my weight. I feel overweight especially since people I know keep saying "you've gained weight!" Instead of "I haven't seen you in a while. Are you okay?" Now I've lost my appetite and it's hard for me to eat. I have to force myself to eat food, and then I feel sick.

I don't even eat a lot. Maybe I need to eat even less.
