someone hgelp me im getting hit on and they’re hinting at a relationship ive only known them for two days 😭😭😭 they spammed me with a bunch of compliments like

i didn’t know what to say so i was js complimenting him back 😅😅 quite frankly im more interested in being friends but i can’t say that directly, cud when he asked if i was taken i said “naur but i prefer to be friends with someone for months before i get into anything” hoping he’d take the hint, and he said “Nono yeah I completely understand haha I wasn’t asking you to be my girlfriend haha dwwww

we have all the same hobbies and interests. i like music, art, volleyball. he likes music (electric guitars, acoustic guitars, i remember some piano, nirvana, queen, the beatles, abba), art (it was lowk hyper realistic sports stuff, music covers, + cars he drew i was in shock lol), football, basketball, and volleyball
i don’t know what to do :’)) he’s not bad looking by any means and he actually lives just a state away but i don’t want to be flirt with i want a friend 😭 -

this happened with another guy from my school too just a couple months ago. he started randomly excessively complimenting me and telling me how cute i was, and i didn’t know what to do so i just complimented him back. finally i just said thank you and didn’t compliment him back, and he stopped
