  My name's John. I live in Michigan, and I'm huge fan of the Detroit Lions, Detroit Red Wings, and Michigan State football and basketball. I'm only a month away from graduating high school, and I turn 18 in August. Next fall I'll be attending Western Michigan University to major in history, and I also plan to serve in the National Guard through college. Just wanted to introduce myself, loooking forward to making friends with all of you.

  Hi Wooden Bridge. I'll probably study a little of both because I want to be a teacher, but I'm generally more interested in American history than world history. I do like the Romans and the Middle Ages though.

  Like: Egypt, Spain, Rome and especially the middle ages.

  I'm also looking at a history major when I transfer to a four-year school. I'm probably more inclined to the history of Western Civilization, but I like world history too.
