As someone who struggles with executive function, I wanted to share daylio because it's the closest thing to a planner that I've ever been able to use consistently.
I've tried a lot of productivity apps and none of them ever worked, but this one has been fantastic and really helps me understand my mood and trends in why I feel the way I'm feeling. I wanted to share it because I genuinely feel like it's so helpful & thought it may be able to help some of you ❤ -
Please share any other motivational or journalling tips you have too. I'd love to hear about what strategies you find efficient so I can

Saying one good thing about urself everyday sometimes helps me at least, doesn't matter how small it is the point is to make ur self esteem better.
