cold showers do miracles , u literally can not change my mind
like hot showers make u feel so sluggish ong but cold showers are the epitome of godly -

got a watercolor painting set , might try painting in the future :D remember i did it when i was younger but i only did it once lolol , would be nice 2 experiment abit -

getting back into counseling, think it’ll be good cuz idk wtf im feeling . like basically happy one moment n then empty the next w this indescribable sadness that jus weighs on ur shoulders until u succumb to it n JUS when ur ready 2 let it take over u , ur mood suddenly changes back into that happiness that makes u feel as if ur at the top . repeat repeat etc but it’s like one emotion at a time , like u can’t feel anything else while feeling that one emotion
plus i literally jus got out of probs the worst depressive episode ive been in like last week or sum . literally felt so worthless , i was on the verge of oding out of impulse but knowing i would regret it later i kinda jus held myself from it bc i didn’t wan go thru it again -

IM SO EXCITEDDD sosososso the next school year will start in like probs september (or october, bc im pretty free w when im wanting 2 start since it’s homeschool this year) , but ill be taking an art class at the school at around the end of the day :D excited bc ive actually like never taken an art class b4 lolol , it’d be a new experience
