he was a psychopath, he did that to us. I shouldn't blame myself for his actions because it couldn't be helped.
I should cut anymore. some of my blood has gone white from cutting too much, and I need to stop or something bad will happen, such as going to the ER again.
I will make a vow to myself.
I will stop cutting.
I will not think about this anymore.
I will forgive myself.
